Shipping policy

  • My order processing time is 2-3 business days prior to shipping. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping weights are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. During the Holiday seasons, prices may increase for shipping with USPS. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.
  • Please ensure that your address is correct in the address line before submitting your purchase order. I am not responsible for packages that get lost due to submission of wrong address information from you as a customer. 
  • I am not responsible for any damaged products due to carrier handling while shipping. I package with care and caution to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, please contact my email: tarajstudioco@gmail.com with a photo and the order number so that I can determine if you are eligible for a replacement product. 
  • I am not responsible for USPS delays or lost packages once your package has been handed off to carrier for shipping. Once I give your package to USPS, it is their responsibility to carry your package appropriately to you. Please file a claim with USPS prior to emailing me about your order.
  • I offer free shipping on orders $50+. The discount will automatically apply during checkout if you have $50+ in your cart.
